ASAP promotes the comprehensive development of rural areas in demographic transition by using an integrated approach:
- human potentials - as the basis,
- efficient administrative structures - as the agents,
- adapted structures and strategies - as the keys for development.
ASAP is approved as Baltic21 Lighthouse Project that demonstrates new ways to a more sustainable development in the Baltic Sea Region.
